I received a notice in email today that realtors in my area are looking for work at home real estate property locators. They say you can train live online, at your leisure, and can make really decent money locating property for real estate investors. What type of skills would one have to possess in order to be successful as a real estate property locator? Thank you for you time in answering my question.

I know this question has been asked a bunch of times before already, but I am searching like crazy, and I can’t seem to find anything. I have already been ripped off more than once. If anyone has some advice, I would really appreciate it. By the way, I don’t need the basic ‘fill out surveys, and read emails’ answer. I’m looking for something that I can make a decent income with. I don’t mind paying a small fee for it if it is REAL. Thank you all for your help. (Oh, I also don’t need the answers that are trying to get me to sign up under you so I can make YOU money.)

I have a 11 month old son and I go to school at night. Obviously times are rough for every one but I really need some kind of way to make money and It would be really awesome if there was some sort of way to work from home and make money. I’m having a hard time getting a job let alone because I have a very active baby but the last time I had a job was when I was in high school. I was in CPS and I bounced around from home to home so I never really could have a job. And then I got pregnant and there went a year. Please if any one truly has the answer for me let me know.
